How to verify my account

Settings

The following section contains detailed information on what each type of setting does and how to effectively modify the information to make the best out of startline.

You may log into your Startline account and go to your Settings by clicking on "Settings" in the bottom left corner.


Account Settings

You may amend your account information in Startline through the following steps. This allows your account information to be the most up-to-date.

You can utilize the account settings to amend your personal and billing information.


Profile Image
Click on the box beside your name to change your profile image.

Name
Input your full name in the format of First Name and Last Name

Department
Input the department that you are from

Role
Input the role that you take in the department that you are from

Work Email
Input your email that we can use to reach out to you for any assistance needed. This is the email that you used to sign up for Startline.

Work Number
Input your phone number that we can use to reach out to you for any assistance needed.

Linkedin URL
Input your Linkedin URL for us to be better connect with you!

Username
In this section, it will show the username that you used to sign up for Startline. Refer to this section to check your username

Password
In this section, it will show the password that you used to sign up for Startline. Refer to this section to check your password and modify according to your needs. Make sure you click on save to update your changes

Collaborators Settings

You may amend your team settings in Startline through the following steps. This allows your team information to be the most up-to-date.

You can utilize the team settings to amend your team members and their permission settings.

This setting is managed by the admin account.



Profile Image
Click on the box beside your name to change your profile image.

Permission
By modifying the permission settings, the admin user can either select the account to be an admin or member account.

Status
By modifying the status settings, the admin user can either select the account to be an active or inactive account. This feature is important for enterprise users to select whether the account should be an active or inactive account to allocate permission to up to 5 accounts to share the Startline platform.

Bookmark Settings

Startline's bookmark feature enables users to save companies for future reference. By utilizing this feature, users can efficiently track and compare the companies they are interested in, facilitating informed decisions when selecting the best company from their list.

You may amend your bookmark settings in Startline to modify your bookmarked company list and view the company name along with the industry it belongs to.


To find your previously saved bookmark, use the search box to locate it.


Click on the trash button located on the right side of your screen to delete the bookmark.




Plan Settings

You may amend your plan settings in Startline to change your subscription plan.

When you choose to upgrade your plan, you will unlock a host of additional features that will complement your current subscription. Conversely, opting for a downgrade will result in adjustments to the benefits you currently enjoy. Please note that all changes will come into effect starting from the next billing date.

This setting is managed by the admin account.
