How to verify your account

Startline implements a thorough verification process for all users before they can create a company card. This process ensures that individuals are genuinely affiliated with the companies they claim, thereby maintaining the accuracy and validity of all information within the Startline ecosystem.

Your may verify your account in Startline through the following steps.

1. User clicks on button "Verify Account"
2. Email is sent to the user with information about documents they need to submit to conduct user verification
3. User replies to the email with the related documents
4. User verification is conducted by Startline team
5. Verification result is sent to the user as an email reply

The related document consists of the following list:

Using a General Domain

This section refers to users who do not have their own company domain and uses general emails such as (i.e. support@gmail.com)

For users who do not have their own company domain, please prepare two supporting document that validates your employment status within your company.
